You are free to cancel your reading and request a refund within 7 calendar days after we have received your payment. After that time, we do not offer refunds, but your reading credits do not expire and are transferable. You may save your reading for another date, gift your reading to someone else, or apply the purchase amount towards any other service offered by Holly Shabtai Astrology.
